Member Services Director-Chilcare

The YMCA of Pierce and Kitsap Counties is seeking a Membership Director to join child care our team.
Job Description

The Membership Director is responsible for administrative support of our child care sites and families. This includes responding to inquiries about our year-round child care programs. In this role, you will focus on providing exceptional customer service and ongoing software support.

I have a Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent knowledge and experience in communication, business, or related field that includes supervision, fiscal management, program development, staff, and volunteer development.

I am organized, and proactive and know how to get things done.

I am comfortable on a computer and can troubleshoot easily and have a strong understanding of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel. 

I am excited to assist the staff leadership team in reaching annual campaign goals by recruiting campaigners, making personal asks, and supporting branch events

Are willing and able to complete Child Abuse Prevention on the first day as well as other required online and on-person trainings as required. 

Must be able to pass Background and Reference checks (in accordance with the WA State Fair Chance Act).

Essential Functions

Direct and organize the child care memberhip team with a focus on member experience and retention.

Coordinate and support program and membership enrollment and systems in support of member experience.

Assist marketing efforts focused on internal/external marketing strategies and production of material to support member experience and retention.

Track and utilize data to drive staffing schedule and experiential decisions.

Distribute results, organize, and maintain reports.

Supervise all aspects of membership accounting and processes to include all transactions.

Key liaison to Association Engagement Center.
